Metodio "Pampi" Pamplona

PT, DPT

Pampi is the head physical therapist at Lakeside Physical Therapy Laurel and Astra Care Physical Therapy Georgetown. With his deep passion and commitment to his career, he enjoys working with patients and leading them through their journey back to health. But along the way, he assures your stay with us in therapy will be filled with probably too much humor.

Aside from work, he loves playing billiards and standing up on his dinner table telling jokes. Ask him about the best ones!

Rowena Pamplona

PT, DPT, Cert DN

My name is Rowena Pamplona, and I am the head physical therapist at Lakeside Physical Therapy Seaford (Advance Mobility Physical Therapy), but you can usually see me going back and forth between our Seaford and Laurel office. I have been practicing physical therapy for more than 20 years and am honored to be serving our communities and bringing our patients back to optimal health!

As a mom and dog mom, outside of work, I love cooking for my family and cuddling with my dogs Reeses and Pepper. My favorite nights are watching Korean dramas with my family!
